I have the same 70 watt modulation transformer I think. It's for an FAA AM
transmitter too. Two 6146's in the modulator side to one 4x150. Also has a
tertiary winding for the PA screen. The idea here is to modulate a single
4-65a. It's the only glass tube I could find that mat
If its the one I'm thinking of, I have one of those. It has a tertiary
winding for the screens and a funky secondary max. I of 0.193 A(?) The one I
was looking for but needs repaired is 10300 Pri. and 4300 sec. If memory
serves me, it was used in a KW transmitter. Mine goes in my RCA ET-4336F

The RCA 1:1 ratio mod xfmr @ 5500 was made for liberty ship transmitters
during WW2. It was not designed for voice, but for MCW, so it was meant for
running a single tone, and is not high-fidelity. That's why its audio
quality is on par with the lowest cost "ham radio quality" modulation

The G76 uses a pair of 6DQ6's as modulators, and a 6DQ5 as
the output tube.

That is exactly backwards of what my manual shows. 6DQ5 Final, 6DQ6
modulators. I checked it out and the 6BQ6 and 6DQ6 look pretty
similar and have the same pinouts. Mine was subbed with the 6BQ6s.
I also found a skizmatic showing a 676G as a final. What that is I
have no clue.

of 810's. Mod tranny is a 600W Multi Impredence by Stancor. Power supply will
