I think you mean it as a resolution of .001 volts. Accuracy is indicated as ±(1.5% + 2digits), which is still pretty accurate. Although unlike larger DMM's I doubt it has internal adjustment to recalibrate, so stability of that accuracy is really undefined. For our ham work it's a good deal
