Well the story was not fully presented.
There are now 2 Hamfests on the same day in two different locations in
Rochester NY. Apparently there has been a falling out of some sort and
now these two groups are acting in the worst possible manner for the
hobby.

Observations:
Most of us here would spend hours trying to figure out which resistor in
a SP 600 has gone bad. Most here would spend hours learning what all the
buttons on a new fangled rig do. But we can't figure out how to use this

Make that bias voltages, from the specs it looks like the drive will be
similar in Class C
