Home brew, nicely done and includes an RF ammeter. Long wire type
antenna connection on the side and could be either an 80 meter (using
160 meter crystals) or other doubling scheme from 40 meter crystals
upward.
I can't see the final tank circuit but if it is plug in like the driver,
then the
lot on the
vintage it was built in. My guess is late 40 to 50's. IMHO

I would place money it is a home-brew,
nicely built for sure, circa 1950. Uses
FT243 crystals and 4-pin rectifier tubes,
which are missing. "Doubler tuning"
indicates it might be for 20 meters, using
a 40-meter crysta
