The SatPC32 voice feature requires the Microsoft Speech SDK (SAPI 5.1) to be
installed on the PC. If it is missing you will get the aforementioned error
message. The software can be downloaded for free from the Microsoft

Satpc32ISS is what you want to use for same band operations with the 910.
You can find it by clicking start> programs> satpc32. There will be a list
of all the programs that install with satpc32. Hope this helps.

For H-68, AO51 and ISS you do not need a pre-amp.
