I will also recommend the DXKeep log in DXLabs. It works perfectly with eQSL
and LoTW, and has great
support. There is much more to the suite of programs, but you can use as
little as you like.

2011 Satellite QSOs logged and all uploaded to LoTW and eQSL via
DXKeeper, one of the programs in the suite.

Logging HO-68 on LOTW works but requires updating the configuration file.
Here are instructions sent me from Kathy at ARRL LOTW. The current version of
TrustedQSL is 1.13. With the configuration file updated, HO-68 shows up in
the satellites list.
