I'm only guessing--but---I bet that online tracker is using keps
updated daily (from Celestrak or SpaceTrack), while the posted keps
for downloading are only posted once a week or so.

of Lakes Huron and Erie, when the tracking program showed him over the
east coast. I think he's just looking out the window at an angle
rather than straight down.
