number of Hams in the US. They mentioned some of the difficulties in
determining that number. It is easy to count licenses but of those
licensed how many are actually active. One thing that could throw off
the AMSAT numbers is life
Perhaps I am not the only one this happend too, but.. The long lag
in receipt and return deadline caused mine to get covered up and
forgotten until too late. If the deadline were shorter, I would have
voted and put it back in the return mail the next day.

My ballot paper was not received here in Australia ? I always vote , maybe
because voting is compulsory in Australia. Perhaps their was problem with the
