If I understand the situation correctly they didn't send the first command to
LitSat-1 until today at
15:30:26 EET.
I would image they will want to be confident in the operation of the satellite
before activating the transponder - I'm looking forward to it whenever it
happens.

Is LituanicaSat-1 the same as LitSat-1. I thought they were 2 different
satellites?

On their Facebook page yesterday the LituanicaSAT-1 team commented "we'll
inform when experiments will be started with repeater."

Hi all,
And just to expand on information in view of the confusion and
identification for kep's. - Mike Rupprecht has been busy and believes the
satellite to
be NORAD ID 39568.
It operates 427.275 Mhz (FM) the "BEACON" LY5N.
Trust inforamtion will help with those awaiting news.
