Hi Tony, Technically the R/B isn't a satellite?? The R/B _is_ a satellite if it's in orbit around the Earth, and it's non functional - it became non functional when it finished its job of putting the satellite into its orbit. :) Hmm, this I guess is true so maybe I need to ensure that I include

I got my first taste of satellites listening to ATS-3 with a discone, wideband tower mounted preamp, and Regency MX-3000 receiver back in about 1984. There were continual round table discussions by the Bahia from places like Roatonga. 135.575 MHz I recall. Does anyone else recall this
