are there that many people with this problem ? could it be something to do with
thte tcl/tk version having a bug
? or could it be something else ? obviously this behavior is 100% not normal,
and I've never experienced it.

I think the different kinds of notifications are too similar
just the different color of the dot in the upper left corner isn't enough
and even the text ain't immediate to read
