about the blue icon in windows XP, it's a bug in Tcl/Tk as reported here
http://sourceforge.net/tracker/index.php?func=detail&aid=1467997&group_id=12997&atid=112997
So I think it's better to put back winicons for Windows

I don't understand :
code and tests say me that we display mobile buddy icon only when the
user is offline and has a mobile...
Else, we only display standard buddy icon...
