I am curious what the programmatic meaning of "Successful requests for pages" means. Is this simply a count of the html (or variance of same, such as htm, shml, etc.) references in the log file for the given time period, or is there some heuristics going on to ascertain the value? === Bob Gahl

Hi, great... now few questions: I think that the only proxy/ cache server that sets X-Forwarded-For header is Squid. Am I right? I did some research (measurements on hundereds os servers in Europe and the US) 2-3 years ago, I here's what I came to: Europe: Squid -- 85-95% (Eastern Europe 95%)
