Thank you. That did it. I assumed that when I had the lang
directory in path for analog that it would look for a directory named
lang. Guess thats what happens when you assume. It works great
now. Thanks for all the help.

Just move analog.cron from cron.daily to cron.monthly, or your OS's
equivalent.

I was just wondering what would the format be to setup a crontab that
will run on the first day of every month?

Hi,
I am trying to install analog 4.1 to get statistics for my website. I am using

Okay well the DOS box no longer comes up. Instead of using IIS
for the form I used Netscape 4. I also renamed the directory to a
shorter name and tried it. Here is what I get:
Program Failure
Analog failed to run or returned an error code.
Maybe your server's error log will give a clue why. [

C:\InetPub\wwwroot\logs\analog, it looks in
C:\InetPub\wwwroot

Shouldn't this (and later references to same) be

Dieter,
I'm experiencing the same problem. I'm guessing that it has something to do
with the configuration of the workstation where the problem IP is entered. While its
limited mostly to our internal IPs, I do see some occurrences for external IPs. My
solution for the internal IP ad

If you push your own proposal, then it would work. I agree that it's a little
silly to just toss a request/proposal
I just wanted to thank all who responded to my request for help with
downloading the analaog program. Finally, I think I have completed the
download, and am ready to begin reading the help files. Again much thanks.

Can't help with the analog question, but I believe the stats analyser
you need for Real Server is the one from Lariat Systems.
There are details of that on the Real site (somewhere)
but there is also regular discussion of Real topics in the realforum
list, you can send subscribe with <[

Presumably it's their corporate gateway - isn't that a bit of a security

Thank you all. The thing does indeed resolve to a firm of NW solicitors
and then a browser resolves it as "Netopia Router Home Page"; it works as

DNS lookup?

Apache and most HTTP servers allow you to log processing times, and Analog

Evocating Baron Samedi waving a couple of dead black chickens I found:
easthams.co.uk
a solicitors company based in Blackpool
The range is 212.240.10.0 - 212.240.10.127

Can you read into DOS box or it's too fast? Maybe there is an error message.

you just can't know that. You can maybe guess. The conclusions you come to
