Who should my company contact with, to talk about possibility of creating
custom Android apps like GTalk or Play Store. We are about to build Android
powered multimedia system for big automotive corporation. The demand is to
provide videoconferencing (GTalk app fits perfectly) and independent ap
tView().setVisibility(View.VISIBLE);
I don't find it elegant way, bu maybe you will have some ideas.

I had the same problem and decided to refactor the code
to better separate Model from View/Controller.
Previously, my Activities lumped together data "logic"
and UI. But if you separate "drilling down into the data"
(separate classes) from "screens" (Activities) you can then
create smartphone style

Well, I have just tried 'touchend' (JavaScript, yes) and the situation
is the same as before.
In Froyo everything works according to my understanding of what I am
doing.
Clicking always activates event handlers.
When back to 2.1 -- handlers *sometimes* work, esp. at
In my JavaScript code I set 'onclick' handlers on HTML DOM elements.
In Froyo these handlers always 'fire' when their elements are clicked
w/i WebView, as expected.
In pre-Froyo, including 2.1 I am confronted by 'magic' :-(
Sometimes the handlers are activated and they successfully log to

To address "heavy data" issue we parse it on a server
into a compact binary form and unpack it on Android.
