web site. It still says "test-keys" but it turns out that this is
ok! :)

The problem is that your device is still using the (wrong) test keys
instead of the release keys, so you have to wipe & flash you

The images on HTC's site are invalid, using test keys, apparently they (JBQ,
HTC) are on it, and new images coming soon.
