Hi All,
I have a text rendering engine that uses bit map fonts to render
Indian Languages text.
I want to integrate the same rendering engine so that text rendering
part of android widgets uses my rendering engine not the default one.
In Summary, i want to integrate the Indian languages to Andr
And I have three other questions:
1. Which apis will be included in the sdk public api? Is there any
description about it?
For example, in the Android Open Source Project, there are many
classes in android.os package,
the android.os.BatteryManager is released in the sdk, but
android.os.Bat
Look into the update() method in BatteryService.java. You may be able to
solve the issue by register for BATTERY_CHANGED. But, it only be sent
out when the battery status is changed. Not sure if it is good for you
or not.

But how could I access the battery status that the
com.android.server.BatteryService provided?
If I want to collect that information, could you provide any hints of
implementing that function?
Thanks you.
