I really don't care which board to use - as long as it satisfies my
requirements and get me starting working on Android Platform

I see an executable shell script in there? Does anyone know what it
contains? I saw an embedded executable withih the shell script, but

There is not enough information in this log sniplrt. Can you post earlier
log messages from Gralloc and SurfaceFlinger?

You should be fine with about any version.
It would probably be easier for you to start with an Android kernel and add
your patches, and you may be lucky enough to have your chipset as one of
the published trees (MSM, omap, exynos...).
Otherwise start from common.git
