Does anybody have the kernel source for any Telechips TCC89/91/92XX based
tablet like Augen Gentouch78, BBlabs, Dawa7, or iMito iM7?

Well the tablet manufacturer must provide the source, did you ask them?

Take a look at the telechips website (www.telechips.com), seems the source
for the chip is available.
Go to "technical support" then "technical material", click the "opensw"
butten.
The only thing you don't have are the specific addaptions for your tablet
but maybe
it allows you to build your own.
