I think I'll try the Eee PC way! The main problems are drivers I
think... and I'm not wrong Android can't run with a kernel older then
2.6.23, right?

Well, I guess you can just use the EeePC branch. Maybe you'll have to
modify the vendor/asus/eee_701/kernel.config and use that to compile a
kernel and replace the kernel file under vendor/asus/eee_701/
