list archives. However, I'm unable to find this file anywhere.
Does somebody have it?

Anybody who current uses in an Ant build script will be able to
continue to so.
People who (at their own discretion) prefer to use maven
But from my point of view it not "Maven or Ant" - What about the other tools
that do similar things as Maven - Crysalis Centiped for instance, and here
at Wavetech we have our own Ant based "distribution"
I suppose that it's "easy" to create a maven plugin that behind the scenes
use an ant file,
