compressBound() is a zlib function. What version of zlib are you
linking against? The function was introduced sometime in zlib
1.2.x.

One thing to consider is that you simply may have 1 or more slow
queries running
in your DB, I believe from the postgres website you can use
select * from pg_stat_activity
To determine the process list of queries running.
If you have
ns_section ns/db/pool/pool1 (2/3)
ns_param Verbose
Also check the permissions on your file
not having read permission for the web server user, will give you a 404
as well

The main difference between get & post in this case isn't the
protocol.
When the browser generates the request object, all the domObject's in
the document. object are treated a little differently.
For a GET request, IE will just take what ever is in the current
