Same problem, except I faced two filesystem conflicts:
error: failed to commit transaction (conflicting files)
ca-certificates-utils: /etc/ssl/certs/ca-certificates.crt exists in
filesystem
ca-certificates-utils: /etc/ssl/certs/java/cacerts exists in filesystem
Errors occurred, no packages were up

Are you using the dropbox aur package? If not, it might be worth trying
that.
