Great addition Akila. Now the installer doesn't have to remove extension
artifacts in the case of use of an external CEP.

Hi,
I've created a separate p2 profile for private paas without CEP related
features. This profile can be used to integrate an external CEP instance
with private paas easily. JIRA created at [1].
