[ARIE-L] Help with 530 error

We are unable to send (Ariel version 3.4) and viewing the log shows: 530 not logged in, user or password incorrect. We have never encountered this particular problem before. We don't log in every time we use Ariel. I have shut down the computer and did log in with correct username and password.
