server. However, sometimes (such as if
the Ariel operator chooses to edit the email before sending it) the
message will be picked up from the client

Some of our borrowing libraries are reporting receipt of emails like the one
below, rather then the usual message with a pin, that seems to point them
directly to the FTP server and ask them for the admin login. I'm not sure
where to begin troubleshooting this problem.
