Nice, detailed review covering the important categories. But, to call
Ay Hairathe simply an extension of Tere Bina is quite an insult to one
of the finest duet, romantic compositions Rahman has ever created.

When you "consider" seriously, there may be some possibilities as I
have listed them below.
1. Guru might not have needed that kind of sound. Mani was probably
given some samples and

I guess ARR music is Muthu is used verbatim in one kannada film by
Ravichandran...and going by the scenes of the songs I see in kanada channels I
infer that it is indeed a remake of Muthu...So we already had a film in Kannada
with ARR music..so this one should be the second,
