Hi, Have u guys heard the song from Film Kalyug "'Jiya Dhadak Dhadak Jaye'? It sounds similar to ARR's "Yeh jo des hai tera" in begining. It uses similer soft notes and Tabla beats. It's the A R Rahman's trademark that every song he makes, creates a trend. Here are some eg. of his trend...  "O

Hi Guru, I don't think becoz of money he worked in period films. If that was the matter he would've got it more from commercial films. It is easy to compose for commercial films than period films. And if money was the matter then how come he composed best tunes in Bose, TLOBS,Kisna, Swades etc
