My take is this.
Delhi is personified here, which means like all of us it has a heart on its
left. Now on paper, it is spelt Dilli that means it has heart on its right
as well (left according to us seeing it, from it's pov on the right!)

vitriole. It is a joke to suggest ARR's vocals are bad. One should ask that
