Hi Fred,
Thank you, that was exactly the info I needed!
Just for the record, I apparently substituted the Patch 5 and 16
plugin-logs when I wrote the original post. The is the
patch 16 version that does not work for me at the moment. I will get the
external webservice changed to comply the patch
My $0.02:
This is likely because the server can not access the web service. Also
turn on plugin-logging.

Matt,
I do remember hearing that the uniqueness of a user was going to change from
login/password to login only. I don't know if that's what they ended up doing,
but it was talked about. I suppose it points to increased use of the GUID vs.
the Request ID as the unique record identifier.
I
I never knew that was possible... My User form has always had a Unique

Oh Axton - there is no way I wanted to go that route. I am horrified of
the CMDB - LOL. There is another reason also...these assets don't
really belong in the 'Computer System' form, but there is no other form
that accommodates these types of assets (Cell phones), so for now, it
works, but moving

Hi All,
I have been using ARS 6.3, WIN 2000 Advanced Server, MS SQL 2000 for quite a long time now and it used to be working fine. But suddenly from nowhere I have got a strange problem. I'm not able to login to Remedy Administrator as "Demo". I tried to connect to the server using hostname
