This could be because he has a floating license and there are not
floating license tokens available. Please check.

Hi Tim,
Have you tried running the performance analysis reports from Abydos Analyser
?
This should highlight any problems with indexing on forms based on workflow
qualifications and also unqualified queries that might be causing full table
scans.
Hope that helps.
Kind regards,
Has anyone integrated Microsoft TFS with AR System 7.0 or later using the
Microsoft MSSCCI provider?
More specifically how do I get Remedy to recognise the MSSCCI provider and
once it does what server path do I need to enter?

Is there a way to block users from scheduling changes during certain time
periods?
I have been reading through the docs on using Business Events and Time
Segments but am having no luck. We do not use holiday or work day schedules
of any kind.
TIA
Frank
I am running this now,
Thanks

Joe,
Thanks for the good ideas. This problem was in our test system, so I had no
worries about blowing away the data. But I'll save your email just in case the
same thing happens in our live system.
More Cheers,

Is it possible in ITSM 7 to configure SLM's with no pre-defined goal
times ?
Is it possible to get notifications based on Scheduled start date
against Scheduled end date at 50%/75%/100% in change requests?
Typically this would be creating a tailored SLM for each
Sorry, guys. Late to the thread. I had seen this error too a long time

situation the source of the records was a feed from another system. I
never did figure out what was actually wrong with the data. I ended up

Hi Frank,
I'm also looking into this functionality.
I believe that you can control this functionality by creating a New Business
Event and select an appropriate Activity Date Range.

End Date) during the
Frank,
Interesting requirement.. This is how I might have handled it..
I would build a configuration form (custom) called Configure Change Blackout
Dates or something..
Three fields that I would see as mandatory on this form is:
Start Date
End Date
Reason for Blackout
I would sort the results
I cannot believe with the mountains of code in ITSM that deals with Busines
Time, Time Segments and holidays that there isn't a built in way of
accomplishing this simple task.

TGIF,
I will have XML sent through the Mid-Tier to create a record on Form A. Form A
will then run some filters to get information from the database, and then push
the information to a new record on Form B. The Assigned Person which is a

It depends on how the Assigned Person is required on Form B.
If you have it marked in the form as a required field then you have a problem.
If you are doing it in workflow then you can modify the workflow to exclude web

I don't think there is one OTB unfortunately. I do agree this is a very
interesting requirement, that may be relevant in many business scenarios..
In your quest to find an OTB solution if you do stumble on one, please do
let us know...

I believe that is something you set on the CI. The Change then recognizes that

I need some Sybase help regarding indexes.
I am migrating from Sybase to Oracle and I want to compare the two systems to
