I use either baretail or Notepad++ (http://notepad-plus-plus.org/) for most log files and have created a Notepad++ user defined language descriptor for some Remedy related files a couple of years ago. This colour-codes the files for easy reading. The following files are included: Remedy .Def

Trying out Notepad++, thanks Theo. Note that rather than changing your APPDATA setting, you can instead go to View - User Defined Dialogue... Use 'Create New' to create a Remedy entry, then import your .xml file. Setting the Language to your Remedy entry then provides the highlighting you
