I already did that. It is set to Pacific Standard Time GMT-8 and hence I was expecting -8 in SOAP too but its not working that way. Btw, I do not see and way to set PDT in user preference form...so its very strange as to where -7 is coming from. Thanks Chintan.

Do you mean the timezone in which midtier is configured? Because that would be the client to arserver to get the data. The actual java client is outside of Remedy(which is my local machine's and that's configured to PST as well) and I dont think it has any effect on retrieving data from Remedy.

Hi Frederick, Yes, I did verify that. The AR System User Preference record for that default user does exist and the timezone for that is set to America/Los_Angeles. Mid-tier is running on Linux (Linux 2.6.9-78.EL #1  x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux). Thanks Chintan.
