Hi, I have discovered that if you run arreload -g Group ..., the value of the groupParent in the group_cache table will be reset to 0. This disables any Parent Group inheritance you have set up... This was tested in 7.6.04 SP1 on Solaris. I suspect that very few have made use of that specific

Just an idea but maybe you can design a survey for ‘How are we doing’ for issues that have been opened longer than normal. The survey could be designed to be sent out after a ticket goes into a black-hole for whatever a tolerable threshold may be.. Maybe a comment section in such a survey
