Hi, We've a scenario on ITSM 7.6.03 server (Windows 2008/SQL 2008) where Application-Bus-Time2-Assoc-Add & Diff commands are taking anything between 6 - 11 sec to finish. If I created one incident by opening the browser, the time between + CE and -CE calls on HPD:Help Desk form is about 5 sec.
