It does... because it doesn't set some of the Classification fields correctly.
And the Incident Type is hardcoded with the values in the Workflow or it has to
be NULL.

Like LJ said, it'll take some work to find ALL the places to update but one
place for sure would be the Incident Interface forms for any integrations
you would want to use. However, for that field, it shouldn't be a big deal

I have worked on a system that added valuesyou would NOT believe all of the
places it needs to be added...there are temp fields galore, tons of other forms
that store it all as well, expect a lengthy 'search' of all of the places that
need to have it added.

an a 'frame', or you want the same static outside and dynamic inside.
As of 7.6.04 you can open forms inside of View fields, which kind of gives you
a method to do what you want...but it wouldn't work well in a
