Kinetic Request all the way! We have had Kinetic Request since 2009 and it's
worked well for us. Recently we spent over a year trying to get SRM to work
because it was "suggested" by our senior leadership that it "should work" and
that "we are already paying for it in our enterprise licensing
I have had 3 questions off list since my earlier post on the Kinetic Task
engine.
1) Yes it will work with Incident and make tasks based on a template
2) Yes it will work with Unisys SRMS system (a custom Unisys system)
3) Yes it will work for SIAM — (vendor to vendor ticket transfer)

I can't get you a full list but you can get a good idea if you use the
Developer tool.
If you drop down the Applications list on your server in the Dev Tool and
locate one of the ITSM modules you can 2 x click on it and get a list of the
forms, escalations, etc from that.
