Just remember that some classes have changed / disappeared and the status
etc is moved to a new form.
We have Meta-Update scripts that handle all that.
Haven't used rrrchive, but you could also look at using Atrium Integrator to
move the same data. You may have to educate yourself with AI and spoon if you
aren't familiar with it, however we had a guy pick it up very quickly without
knowing anything about it. We're now working on pushing out
Why not go the SmartIT route? Its free as part of your BMC support contract.

Thanks - I'll give that a shot - I may not be able to get my machine up to
those specs without buying newer hardware so would need to check options
like Amazon private cloud, etc.

So we just went live with 8.1.00 on Jan 1st, and it will probably be several
years (knowing our organization) before we move onto any other new releases.
If we went this route I would still need to build an mobile interface to
interact with the data, correct?

Hi,
CentOS and Scientific Linux are both Red Hat Enterprice Linux clones.
The pro with Scientific is that it is backed by backed by several large
research labs such as CERN and Fermilab. To me this is a plus. And I have now
moved away from CentOS.

I am using VMs with Cent OS with Oracle and ITSM 7.6.04, 8.0, 8.1 all running
on a monster host machine (32 cores/64gb, 10k rpm drives) with ESXi as the OS.
I have never seen ITSM boot so fast J
Don’t know about a script as it was really simple to build the machine. Just

Hello,
First let me state we are going to be building this in house so, thank you if
you have a product that will fit my needs but we are not in a position to
purchase something.
We are starting the process of building a mobile interface for, what I hope
will be, some simple tasks.
Ideally
Or you could use the existing Restful interface

It's 3rd party, and I have no details regarding BMC's interfacebut I
suspect they will provide similar functionality.

Hi,
Maybe you should wait for the RESTful API that will supposedly be available in
the next major release?

Hi,
Similar, but not exactly the same I would think. So you would need to recode
to some extent in order to make use of the future native interface.
