Any idea for audit on the CI attributes on the Asset form for the CMDB 8.1?
Ex - To carry data for past 6 months for the CI status change.
Also please highlight if it could impact the server performance.
Cheers,
Abhi.
Thanks for the response and i will get back on it after trying it out.

Warren,
I just came across your message and wondered whether you, or anyone else,
had any further luck with this. My group has been tasked with moving (or
at least looking into moving) our current Remedy system to AWS --
specifically, to GovCloud. Currently we have ARS 8.0 with Oracle DB; Win.
Hi Joe,
We’ve had to move our Remedy environments to AWS but we’re running Linux. We
had all kinds of little weird problems after moving our 8.1.0 system from VM
servers in our data center to AWS. When went to 8.1.2, almost all of our issues
went away and some things that had broken during the
Thanks Keith. Are you using EC2?

Also wondered about setting up a secondary server for disaster recovery,
but I'm guessing part of the reason of using the cloud is not having to do
that.
I'm also looking at the PDF that Remedy published about On Demand. I
Joe,
The On Demand system can absolutely be cheaper than maintaining all the
servers, licenses, software etc… yourself. If I followed the thread correctly
you have an all custom built system. Is this because OOB ITSM isn’t what you
need (for example maybe you wrote a CRM system from scratch).
Vivek,
Did you run the pre-upgrade check program on your target system before you did
the upgrade? That might give you more details.

Pandi,
If I understand you question correctly, you simply need to go to the
reconciliation console and the jobs you want and the others off. I’m guessing
you might need to make some adjustments to some of the OOTB Recon jobs since
you are not using the sandbox (which I think could be a mistake
