If you are trying to load all your forms to SHR:Landing Console, then it
would be better to maintain the text on Landing console which is common
launch point and will serve your purpose.

Yes, I'm using 7.6.04 user tool against 9.0.01 server but still its not
working. Confirmed the macro is in actlink_macro table.
I will try to replace the macro functionality with native Remedy code, as
suggested.

I think that was in the v5 (or 5.5) Admin tool. I don’t even think it was in
the v6.3 Admin tool.
What is funny is I just looked and even a base AR System install for v 8.01 has
5 Active Links with Macros (All are named Pre5.)
