Hi,
The compatibility matrix for version 18.08 of Remedy AR System Server states
that:
"Java 9 (or higher) is not supported for any version of Remedy AR System across
any platform/operating system."
Has anyone tried to run it on version 9 (or higher)?

Yes, the server won’t start Java 9 for some reason and, as both 9 and 10 are

future release.

Hi,
Thank you for the information.
We now have Java 11 I guess, so I guess it is time for Remedy to move on...

We plan to provide additional details about our plans for Remedy so
Peter Adams and Mark Walter,
Thank you for your information regarding this!
I guess we all look forward to future updates on this topic.
So how would using the OpenJDK affect things? I presume it will work just fine,
but BMC might not want to support the installation?

Report may be a little different as there is a form "Report Definition"
that actually stores the definition attachment for a report

When I do a new action for Change Field It comes up for Field Name.
Somehow your default seems to have changed to Field Value. That does sound
like a corrupt workspace cache
