Ok this might be a stupid question but here goes
Is there an easy way to set up the new ITSM v7 to accept some incoming
email messages and add them to existing tickets. Is this now out of the
box with ITSM v7 or will it still have to be customized? I do not want
all incoming emails
Hope to get some help from someone who has integrated the Netcool Remedy
gateway (via the Alert form) to the new BMC Remedy ITSM 7.0 Incident
form. This is not as easy as it used to be in the old ITSM products, so I
am wondering if anyone has done this yet.
