Has anyone ever added/modified the Incident Type field on the Incident form in
the Classification section?
My management wants to add and possibly remove values for that field for
classification purposes and I'm researching to give them possibilities.

Just FYI..there are a number of Workflow references as well. I think I'm going
to advise against it.

It does... because it doesn't set some of the Classification fields correctly.
And the Incident Type is hardcoded with the values in the Workflow or it has to
be NULL.

Hey, Ravi. I know licenses are host specific, however when I restored the
production db to my new server, it brought in all the production license
information. I have requested a new license with the correct Host ID and I'm
still getting that message.
Just wondering if I'm missing something.
Tried that and still getting same message. It does add the AR Server
license..however if I try to add AR User or Application User licenses, it
doesn't seem to see them.

I'm having issues getting new 8.0 Midtier to work using Tomcat 6 bundled with
BMC installer and ISS 7.5 on a Windows 2008 R2 x64 server. I've followed the
instructions for the Jakarta redirector for 64 bit to 32 bit and I am still
