Adding Line feed to search menu items

I have a search menu that has over 200 possible items that can be selected. It's set to append after each item. I'd like to format it so it looks like: Item1 Item2 instead of: Item1 Item2... Has anyone don't this? Thanks, Dave

Chrome 8.1 Incident

Greetings, I know that Chrome is not supported but it is still heavily used and works/worked fine. We've just upgraded to 8.1 and noticed that the Customer/Summary/Notes area for an individual Incident no longer displays. Change Management still works fine. Incident displayed in 7.6.04.

Incident Task Panel on 8.1

We just upgraded our 7.6.04 ITSM to 8.1 in our Dev env and noticed that there is a panel blocking the Task Table on the Tasks page on Incident. Anyone else see this our is it just us? Also, the new Categoization location next to the Task page doesn't show the fields. Anyone else see this?

Direct URL with no username?

I have a requirement to have a Remedy webpage off of a non-ARS Web page that has the same look and feel of an existing page that submits an email, so far, so good. What I do need to do is to bypass Remedy Login for non- Remedy (guest users) to perform a basic submit only. Has anyone done this?
