We are wanting SRM:Request (Requester Console) to receive incoming "dumb" emails that our helpdesk who will then route to the appropriate group. Currently, the incoming request is created, it remains in an In Process status, and shows an error in the App Event Status field on the Change/Inciden

Have you thought about using a marquee on the Home page and/or Consoles? From an admin screen, you could input a message designated for a particular group/person and the resulting message would scroll across their screen in a View field. It's another way to manage targeted messaging! Nathan F
