i face error "File pointer is NULL or not a valid file pointer (ARERR 295)"
when i use $PROCESS$ PERFORM-ACTION-ADD-ATTACHMENT 100253 in a filter when try to attach a file from shared path even if i map
it as a network drive.
any ideas

you can add new integer field X hidden and when any other workflow submit or
modify in the form set this field to 0 and set a qualification in your
filter X=0 and in if action push your field and push X=1

notification mail with artask, the problem that when open the artask
attachment in the mail it always open the default view
is there a way to modify the generated artask file to open a certain view
