Thanks Joe for the advice.
It sounds like a good idea to add a unique index there.
BTW. I'm running ARS 7.0.1

Niklas,
While I agree with the others that there should not be a performance
problem, I would strongly advise to
the
Authenticate unregistered users and only use Cross Ref Blank password
So, am I right when I'm a little bit reluctant to do this change??

Hi
Am I right when I say
haven't seen this problem after I switched over to redirect instead of
frame.
However I still like the frame version better...

Hi
Could someone tell me the field length of the First Name field on the form
SHR:People??
I'm running HelpDesk 6.0 and I think my field size has changed in some
way...
I suspect it should be 30 characters, could someone confirm that for me??
Thanks

Hi All
I am trying to create a search menu that has both menu Items and submenu's
in it.
Like this
*Sub Menu Sub Item 1
upgrading to 7.0.1 P1 ARServer from 6.3.
Are you supposed to get this notification even if you haven't received
ARWARN 75 earlier??
Anyone else seen this in the 7.0.1 release??

I also have this error in my logs, but if you look in the
armonitor.log you will see that the SLA service is restarted.

characters are also affected.
If any of these characters are included, you will get an
Authentication Error at login, like the password was wrong...
This has forced me into upgrading my ARServer to 7.0.1 which I will do
this weekend.
So if you ask me, don't as this setup.

Does anyone have a small SQL logfile that actually works with arlogtmr so I
can compare a Non corrupted line with mine, so I can find the problem??
Or does anyone else have a free utility that finds long execution times??
Thanks for your help!!

better than the Logtmr program.
Be sure to read the Frequently Asked Questions section.
The tool is just awesome... Can't tune performance without it.

So if the Service Desk solves the incident directly in the phone, they will create a case directly in Status Resolved.
But then the SLA won't attach to that case.
Any ideas how to define the Start and Stop values??

We are planing of publish a mid-tier application on the internet, and
therefore no authentication will be possible on the webserver.
But I would still be able to grab the domainname\username.
Any ideas??
