OVERVIEW CONSOLE BLANK

I am having a strange problem on one of the User's PC. When opening the overview console, it is blank. It does not bring up anything. I have deleted all arf & arv files from the User's PC but am still experiencing the problem. Does anyone know what the problem might be? Kind Regards, Fazil
