It's great you could resolve the issue .
Few points to note about patch installers :
1] It is a bundle of hotfixes.
2] Each installer will refer *InstalledConfiguration.xml for understanding
whether this is the right version to patch and which products to patch.
Eg.
# AR patch installer

How long did the actual upgrade take and did you stumble into any difficulties

re-run for all below products should take a minimum of 2 days.
