When I
view the Status History on the Menu in remedy, I only see Status
Enumerated "NEW". I do not show any of the other status that the ticket
went through. The only place that I see all the status, is on the History
tab insi

This field is available and can be used in workflow. However, this field DOES not show on the form. If you want to look at its current value for any available action, click on View->Status History from the menu.

That will contain the time when the Status field was last set to "Fixed". Is this what you were looking for?

Status_History.Fixed.Time should do it.
